     HOUSE BILL NO. 101                                                                             
     "An Act making a special appropriation for a grant to Arctic                                   
     Power to promote the opening of the Arctic National Wildlife                                   
     Refuge for oil and gas exploration and development; and                                        
     providing for an effective date."
